2003 : Tony Jackson, English bass guitar player and singer, born Anthony Paul Jackson, died at a hospital in Nottingham, England, at the age of 65. He was suffering from diabetes, heart disease, and cirrhosis of the liver from heavy drinking. (The Searchers)
