2009 : Estelle Bennett, American singer, died of colon cancer in Englewood, New Jersey, at the age of 67. (The Ronettes)

Estelle Bennett

2012 : Whitney Houston, American recording artist, singer, actress, producer and model, born Whitney Elizabeth Houston, died by accidental drowning in Beverly Hills, California, at the age of 48. The coronerr's office reported the cause was "drawning" and the "effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use".

2013 : Rick Huxley, English musician, born Richard Huxley, died in Old Harlow, Essex, at the age of 72. He had been suffering from emphysema for some years. (The Dave Clark Five - bass guitar)
