1995 : Bob Stinson, American rock guitarist, born Robert Neil Stinson, died from drug overdose (or organ failure due to long term drug abuse) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the age of 35. (The Replacements - founding member, lead guitar)

2003 : Johnny Paycheck, American country music singer, born Donald Eugene Lytle, died in Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 64. Although the press reported that he died on the 18th, as most sources do, his grave marks "Feb. 19, 2003".

2013 : Kevin Ayers, English singer-songwriter and a major influential force in the English psychedelic movement, died in his sleep in Montolieu, France, at the age of 68.
