2001 : Fred Neil American folk singer-songwriter (1960s /early 1970s), born in Cleveland, Ohio, died of natural causes, battling skin cancer, in Summerland Key, Florida, at the age of 65.

2005 : Arthur Edlin Frederick Former calypso artist, songwriter and performer from Granada, is one of the 52 victims of the 7/7 terrorist attacks in the Piccadilly Line train at Russell Square, London.
