1968 : Malcolm Hale, American musician, born , died of carbon monoxide poisoning, caused by a faulty space heater, in Chicago, Illinois, at the age of 27. Some sources state he died on 31 October. (Spanky & Our Gang - lead guitar, trombone, vocals)
